This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (as a person) and Arab Marriage that governs your limited, non-exclusive and terminable right to use the Arab Marriage application (the Application) and all services provided therein.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you should not register an account and you cannot use the service provided on our site. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understood it, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.

We may amend this Agreement from time to time and your use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement, all terms of which are automatically effective at the time you use the Service. We will provide you with prior notice of amendments by posting a notice on our Site and you agree that this is sufficient notice.

General Terms

The subscriber must be 18 years of age or older.
Your purpose in the Application is to get acquainted for the purpose of legal and legitimate marriage and not for any other purpose.
Registration for the purpose of a temporary relationship, friendship, extramarital sex, pleasure marriage, temporary marriage or customary marriage is prohibited.
The member's username must be good and respectful, and appropriate to the nature of this application, and the use of funny, superficial or disrespectful names is prohibited.
It is prohibited to enter a means of communication or a contact number within the username or personal data, and they should not be displayed to members, as this data is for the administration only.
It is prohibited to use the application for any act that is criminalized by law in the country in which you are located, and you may not ask for help of any kind, nor defame, insult or cause harm of any kind and in any way.
The application is intended for personal use only and no organization has the right to use it.
Anyone is entitled to have only one active account on the application, and you are not entitled to register more than once. Violation of this condition will result in the blocking of all your accounts.
Lying, exaggeration and misleading in personal data exposes its owner to immediate blocking without prior warning.
The subscriber must not write superficial, comical or mocking data in his profile.
It is prohibited to write or share any content that includes sexual or violent phrases, words, or innuendos intended to cause panic or shock to the reader.

Message Terms

Communication between members is done through internal messaging in the application only, and the use of messaging methods outside the site is prohibited. All members must adhere to values ​​and ethics in their internal messaging, and if violations are proven by a member, his membership will be terminated without prior notice.

Any use that violates the general terms of the application is prohibited.
You must adhere to internal messaging via the application only.
It is prohibited to request any means of communication for the purpose of conversation outside the site.
It is prohibited to send any means of communication outside the application under any circumstances.
It is prohibited to use any phrases, words or sexual innuendos that offend modesty or cause panic and shock to the recipient of the message in the messaging.
It is prohibited to send a message to mock the member's data or abuse him in any way, or ask him to do something that violates the law.

Terms of use of images

Our site allows users to save their personal photo within the application, and no one is allowed to view the photo without the permission of its owner, as the owner of the photo is the one who determines the powers of who can view his photo.

The photo must be your real photo and not a photo of celebrities, for example.
The image must be respectful and appropriate to the nature of the application.

Any inappropriate image will be deleted and the user who uploaded it will be banned.

The image is accepted only after it has been reviewed and approved by the administration.

Terms of subscription to the paid service

Arab Marriage provides a detailed description of its subscriptions to the paid service. Accordingly, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed the subscription he chose and was satisfied with it before executing the actual purchase. Knowing the above and on this basis, the buyer may not withdraw after the purchase or send any request to refund the subscription price.

If you have evidence regarding your non-use of the subscription to the paid service, you have the right to refund its price after the administration approves your request.

As a free member, the subscriber to the paid service must respect this agreement and has no right to violate any condition therein.

In the event that a subscriber's membership in the paid service is terminated as a result of his violation of one of the terms of this agreement, he will not have the right to claim a partial or full refund of the subscription amount.
In the event of an interruption in the application service and this interruption was programmed by our will, the member subscribed to the paid service has the right to claim compensation for the interruption period, but if the application stops completely and is cancelled forever for any reason, he is not entitled to claim any compensation.

Disclaimer

Members have the right to terminate their membership at any time, and the application also has the right to terminate any membership without notice, and if any member commits a violation of the terms of use mentioned in this agreement, his membership will be terminated and he will not be entitled to recover any amounts he has paid.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the content, including but not limited to, texts, software, audio, photographs, video, design, graphics or other materials contained in this application (the content) is protected by copyright unless expressly stated otherwise. All content is owned or licensed to Arab Zawaj.
We have the right to modify or remove any content from the application, including data entered by members that may violate this agreement or be inappropriate or offensive to the application.
The application reserves the right to delete some of the members' content or even terminate their registration if the application has not been used for more than two months, in order to maintain the seriousness of the site.

The application is not responsible for the accuracy of the data and information registered or published by subscribers.
Arab Marriage deals with other companies and third parties (service providers) to provide technical services to the application and you agree under this agreement that such transactions are acceptable. In addition, Arab Marriage may enter into agreements with external service sellers and payment companies to allow the purchase of our services in local currency and payment systems.
